Every year, as the autumn leaves give way to
falling snowflakes, I embrace the tradition of
writing a Christmas story. What began as a
small family ritual with my children has now
grown into a shared holiday experience with
extended family and friends.
A New Chapter
This year marks a new adventure, as I step fully into the roles of both author and publisher. Amado’s Snowball is the debut title in a series of picture books featuring Amado’s adventures—each one created to spark wonder, warmth, and Christmas spirit.
The Inspiration Behind Amado
The character of Amado was inspired by watching my young grandson, who was endlessly fascinated by anything that rolls—cars, trucks, vacuum cleaners, and especially balls. I wondered: What if the ball wasn’t just an object… but a magical snowball with a purpose?
